NoVAGO has brought the areas geocachers together on many occasions to create an a big crossover series.  The first one was the “2009 NoVAGO 12 Days of Cachemas” that was based off of the Richmond areas “Cachemas” series, but it wasn’t until 2014 that the elected officers worked to make this an “Annual Event.”

This is a pretty big undertaking to whomever takes the lead as the Project Manager.  Creating a schedule, a theme, finding volunteers, and “herding all of the cats” to make a cohesive series is a lot of work.  The results of these efforts have brought much joy, fun, and competition into the Northern Virginia area.

Our 2023 series is Moviepalooza.
