Micro Men Series Up for Adoption

Postby zgrav » Mon Mar 08, 2010 10:07 am

"Greetings Starfighter! You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the Frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan armada. Get ready! Prepare for blast-off." :cyborg: :smt072

By chance or design, to commemorate the day where GC.com is showing over one million active caches -- I'm putting the Micro Men series up for adoption -- five regular caches plus the Mother Ship bouns cache.

All six are currently active and in place (I think). My preference and hope is that this would be adopted by someone wih few if any cache placements of their own, so this could be a starter set for that person.

I might be interested in adopting.
My only issue is that I likely would not be able to maintain the themed containers. If one were to go missing I would have to replace it with a more traditional container.
MM1 is a significant distance from home, but I don't think it is likely to need frequent maintainance so the distance shouldn't be a problem. All the other stages are within 4 miles of home... walking distance for me.

Nemo -- thanks! :applause: :applause:

If you won't be offended, I want to wait for a day and see if someone with zero caches placed will volunteer in the next day or so, just as a way to get a new CO into the "club".

In either case -- The Z-labs will be happy to supply the new CO with a few micro men so they will be able to keep the theme going.

No problem waiting, and thanks for the offer of a few micro men. :D
