Winter Event

Postby rufnredy » Tue Jan 25, 2011 6:28 am

Just wondering if our quarterly NoVAGO pot luck events is skipping winter again ...

Anyone working a venue/date for cold GTG ??

Just because you have all the right equipment, doesn't mean you how how to use it.

I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

That is a good question. It certainly was not a topic of discussion for the officers last meeting as it has yet to be a tradition since a few guys and I hosted NoVAGO's Frozen meet and greet! by NoVAGO, Donbert, Twobuckchuck and Traverski (GCT016) which I assume was NoVAGO's first and only attempt at a outdoor winter event. Maybe NoVAGO will change the venue of the yet to be posted coin event to an outdoor event? Thanks for the nudge!

On a side note Twobuckchuck is living in Bolivia these days, Traverski is enjoying life out on the left coast and Donbert is well, still local last I checked.

How far in advanced does an event have to be scheduled to make it up on GC?

At least two full weeks.
